To take part in our Satisfaction Guarantee program and be eligible for a full refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Take a “Before” Photo – At the very start of your treatment, take a clear photo showing the area you want to treat. This photo must be dated to confirm it was taken before you began using the product.
  2. Follow the Treatment Plan – Use the product at least 3 times per week for a minimum of 60 days.
  3. Take an “After” Photo – At the end of your treatment, take another dated photo showing the same area.
  4. No Visible Improvement? – If you see no results after following the treatment as instructed, contact our Customer Service within the 90-day guarantee period.
  5. Return the Products – Send back all purchased items (even if empty) to our address*. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive your returned products and verify the before/after photos, we will issue a full refund of your order.
