Refund policy

  • Refunds are available within 60 days from the date of purchase.

  • The product must NOT have been used, must be in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@skynflow.com, providing your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for the return shipment. Please note that our laboratories and logistics are located in Asia, as our brand’s skincare line is Korean.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is broken or damaged. In such cases, a replacement will be shipped at our expense.

  • We ask that you use a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is delivered safely.

Refund Processing:

  • Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable.

  • Opened products.

  • Any product returned more than 60 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please email our customer support team at 
support@skynflow.com within 2 hours of the order confirmation. After this period, cancellations will no longer be possible.
