Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days starting from the day after payment is received. During peak periods, such as holidays or special promotions, processing time may extend to up to 10 business days. Rest assured, we always do our best to ship every order as quickly as possible.
Delivery Times
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery.
We also offer express shipping, with delivery in 2–5 business days, where available.

Shipping Tracking
Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the courier, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Packages Marked as Delivered But Not Received
In some cases, a package may be marked as “delivered” by the courier even if you haven’t physically received it. It may have been:

Left at your front door or a safe location noted in delivery instructions

Or the delivery confirmation email may have gone to your spam folder

Important: If you do not contact us within 5 calendar days from the delivery date stated by the courier, we will no longer be able to assist with recovery of the package. After this period, no further investigations or claims with the courier can be initiated.
Refused Packages
If a package is refused upon delivery, we are unable to issue a refund. This is due to international shipping policies—refused packages are disposed of by customs and do not return to the sender.
To request a refund, please accept the package and follow the normal return procedure. We strongly recommend reviewing this policy before refusing any delivery.
