Are there parabens or silicones in your products?

Our products, including the Collagen Mask and others, are formulated without parabens, nickel, or silicones to ensure maximum safety and effectiveness.

  • Parabens: Commonly used as preservatives, parabens can accumulate in the body and have raised concerns about their long-term safety. That’s why we choose safer alternatives to protect your skin’s health.
  • Nickel: This metal can trigger allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. By excluding it from our formulas, we help reduce the risk of skin irritation.
  • Silicones: While they may give a temporary silky feel, silicones can form an occlusive layer on the skin, blocking breathability and nutrient absorption. They’re also poorly biodegradable, with a negative impact on the environment.

Are your products Made in Korea?

Most of our products are formulated in Korea, a country renowned for its excellence in cosmetic research and the development of high-quality, innovative skincare. However, the physical production takes place in China, which is why the products are labeled as “Made in China.”

This approach allows us to combine advanced Korean technology with efficient, quality-controlled manufacturing, ensuring high-quality products that fully comply with international safety and quality standards.

How many days does delivery take?

Standard delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Express shipping is also available in some areas and typically arrives within 2 to 5 business days.

Please note that processing times (1–2 business days) are in addition to delivery times.

Can I change the shipping address?
