At Skynflow (“we”, “us”, or “our”), customer satisfaction is important to us. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, and cancellations may be accepted.
By placing an order on our Site, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We accept return and refund requests under the following conditions:
- Requests must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery
- The product must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition as received
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Gift cards
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
If a product has been opened or used, please refer to our Money Back Guarantee policy (if applicable), which operates separately from this policy.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, you must contact our support team through our contact form or at support@skynflow.com.
Your request must include:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
Requests submitted without sufficient information may not be processed.
If your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions for the return process.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival
- Returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping service
Please note:
Our logistics and laboratories are located in Asia. As a result, return shipments may need to be sent internationally.
We are not responsible for:
- Lost or undelivered return shipments
- Returns sent without prior approval
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery date indicated in the tracking code
- You may be required to provide photo or video evidence
If approved, we will:
- Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
- Provide an alternative resolution at our discretion
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Please allow:
- Up to 7 business days for processing after approval
- Additional time depending on your payment provider
We reserve the right to deny refunds if returned items do not meet our requirements.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled under the following conditions:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours of placing the order
After this timeframe:
- Orders are considered processed and cannot be canceled
- You may need to follow the return process once the product is delivered
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback.
In the event of a chargeback:
- We reserve the right to provide all relevant evidence (including tracking information, communication history, and delivery confirmation) to the payment provider
- Active return or replacement processes may be considered valid fulfillment of our obligations
Unjustified chargebacks may result in:
- Refusal of future service
- Account or order restrictions
9. General Conditions
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse any return that does not comply with this policy
- Request additional information before approving a return
- Modify this policy at any time
