Shipping information
Order Processing Times: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the day after payment is received. During high demand periods, such as Christmas or special promotions, processing times may extend to 10 business days. Please be assured that we do our best to process every order as quickly as possible.
Delivery Times: Standard shipping usually takes 6-9 business days to arrive. We also offer express shipping, which guarantees delivery within 2-5 business days, where available. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the courier in your area.
Shipment Tracking: Once your order has been shipped and then handed over to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and a link where you can track your shipment. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment directly on the courier's website or even from our website. Packages Delivered But Never Arrived: In some cases, the courier may mark the package as "delivered" even though you have not yet physically received it. The package may be placed in the mailbox, handed over to a neighbor, or left near your address (for example, on your front door or in a safe place indicated in the delivery notes). Additionally, the delivery confirmation email may end up in the spam folder and go unnoticed.
We therefore invite you to carefully check:
- Your mailbox
- The area around the entrance to the house
- With the neighbors or the doorman
- Your email's spam folder
Important: If you do not contact us within 5 calendar days from the delivery date indicated by the courier to report the anomaly, we will no longer be able to offer assistance for the recovery of the package. After this deadline, it will no longer be possible to start any investigation or complaint with the courier.
Packages Refused Upon Delivery: If a package is refused upon delivery, a refund will not be possible. This is because, as it is an international shipment, the package will be disposed of or destroyed as per customs procedure, as there is no automatic return to sender. Therefore, if you wish to obtain a refund, you must accept delivery of the package and then follow the normal return procedure. We encourage you to carefully consider this policy before deciding to refuse an order.
Couriers Used: We rely on reliable couriers such as Poste Italiane, SDA and IMILE to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time. For international orders, we work with local logistics partners to ensure efficient delivery.
Holiday Delays: During the holiday season or other busy periods, there may be delays in deliveries due to the high volume of shipments handled by carriers. We recommend placing orders well in advance to ensure you receive them on time.
Shipping Costs : Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination and shipping method chosen.
