Why can’t I find my order?

If your order isn’t showing, it usually means the details entered don’t match our system. Please double-check your order number and email, or your tracking number

  • Make sure there are no typos or missing characters
  • Use the exact details sent to your email

Note: After your order is shipped, tracking may take 24–72 hours to fully update.

During this time, some tracking details may still be loading.If entered correctly, your order will appear with its current status.

What do the order statuses mean?

Order Confirmed & Processing Your order has been received and is being prepared. Processing usually takes 1–3 business days.

Order Ready Your order has been packed and is ready for shipment.

In Transit Your package is on the way to your destination.

Out for Delivery Your package is with the local courier and will be delivered soon.

Delivered Your order has been successfully delivered.

Why hasn’t my tracking updated?

It’s normal for tracking updates to pause while your package is:

  • In transit between countries
  • Being processed through customs

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment, and in some cases, delays between updates can last up to 10 days.

How many days does delivery take?

Deliveries usually take 6–9 business days from the date the order is processed, which is when you receive the shipping confirmation email. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local courier availability, and public holidays.

What does "Delivered to local carrier" mean?

It means that the package has arrived in the destination country and has been handed over to the local courier logistics in your city. Usually, once it's with the local carrier, it takes about 3–4 business days for it to be out for delivery.

What should I do if I can't find your shipping email?

First, check your spam, promotions, or junk folder, as the email might have been filtered there.

Search for emails from support@skynflow.com or look for keywords like “Skynflow” or “shipping confirmation.”

If you still can't find it, contact our customer service team with your order number, and we'll resend the confirmation and tracking details.

Why is the package coming from China?

Most of our products are formulated in Korea, a country known for its excellence in the research and development of innovative, high-quality cosmetics. However, the final assembly takes place in China, which is why the products are labeled "Made in China" and shipments are dispatched from there.

This process allows us to combine advanced Korean technology with efficient, carefully monitored production, ensuring high-quality products that fully comply with international regulations.
