Why does it say “Order not found”?

If you see the message “order not found”, please follow these steps before contacting support:

1. Try again using your tracking number
- Make sure you are entering your tracking number (not your order number).
- Then wait a few seconds after submitting, as the system may take a moment to load the result.

2. Make sure your order has been shipped
- Tracking information is only available after your order has been processed and shipped.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, and the tracking email is sent afterward.

3. Allow time for tracking to activate
- Once shipped, tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear in the system.
- During this time, the tracking page may not show any results yet.

4. Check your tracking number carefully
- Make sure there are no typos or missing characters when entering your tracking code.

What does "Delivered to local carrier" mean?

It means that the package has arrived in the destination country and has been handed over to the local courier logistics in your city. Usually, once it's with the local carrier, it takes about 3–4 business days for it to be out for delivery.

Why has my package been stuck for a few days?

It’s common for there to be no tracking updates for up to 10 days once the package arrives in the destination country. This usually happens because the package is being held at customs.

This isn’t a shipping delay, but rather a normal part of the process.

Why is the package coming from China?

Most of our products are formulated in Korea, a country known for its excellence in the research and development of innovative, high-quality cosmetics. However, the final assembly takes place in China, which is why the products are labeled "Made in China" and shipments are dispatched from there.

This process allows us to combine advanced Korean technology with efficient, carefully monitored production, ensuring high-quality products that fully comply with international regulations.

How many days does delivery take?

Deliveries usually take 5–7 business days from the date the order is processed, which is when you receive the shipping confirmation email. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local courier availability, and public holidays.

What should I do if I can't find your shipping email?

First, check your spam, promotions, or junk folder, as the email might have been filtered there.

Search for emails from support@skynflow.com or look for keywords like “Skynflow” or “shipping confirmation.”

If you still can't find it, contact our customer service team with your order number, and we'll resend the confirmation and tracking details.
